James Gagnon and Byron Abarca founded Cornerstone Property Services with a shared vision: to transform the property services industry by putting integrity, quality, and client relationships first.
James Gagnon, Partner & CEO, brought over 20 years of combined industry experience when he co-founded the company in 2015. His mission was clear—to give back and renew the industry by creating a company that both team members and clients can be proud to be a part of.
Together, they have built Cornerstone into a trusted name throughout the DC, Maryland & Virginia area for renovation, restoration, and property services.
